Racing Attitude

An increasingly comprehensive and diversified Beta RR 125 4 Stroke range embraces the needs of an ever-growing audience.

Potential Beta RR 125 4 Stroke customers are various, from young riders making their first moves in the motorcycling world to a more experienced rider seeking an agile, sporty vehicle that is not expensive to run, without sacrificing on that fun and ease of use typical of the Betamotor family feeling. The new 2023 RR 125 4 Stroke range, both Enduro and Motard, is able to satisfy every requirement, proposing twice the number of solutions in order to meet a variety of needs. Whether it’s a sixteen-year-old looking for a premium model supermoto with which to have fun through the turns, somebody making their first experience into the enduro world, an adult seeking an economic vehicle for urban use, an expert wanting a solution that is very accessible in approach, or a neophyte discovering road or off-road riding for the first time, there’s now a Beta 125 4Stroke to suit their needs. And here’s how...

While the line previously comprised two models (RR 125 4 Stroke Enduro and Motard, in the various colourways) that shared the same engine, the range is now made up of a double family of vehicles:

  • Enduro and Motard 125 T, with a new engine.
  • Enduro and Motard 125 R, a 125 four-stroke with premium equipment and finishes.

Enduro and Motard 125 T

In collaboration with Tayo Motorcycles (which manufactures vehicles under the Zontes brand), Betamotor has developed a brand-new engine that is extremely innovative in the production technologies it employs. Standing out for its performance (remaining within the legal 15kw), reliability and very contained consumption (1.9 lt/100 km), the new engine is at the heart of the new 2023 RR 125 T.

This new engine, combined with the optimisation of components such as the airbox, swingarm, silencer and wheels, has allowed the Beta 125 4Stroke range to incorporate a new line of motorcycles with appealing technical content and a very attractive price tag.

The new model serves as an entry level solution to the 125 range and will be available, as ever, in five different colourways, two for the Motard (black and red) and three for the Enduro (white, black and red).

The 2023 RR 125 T range is sure to meet the expectations of those who seek a very competitively priced vehicle - the result of industrial fine-tuning - in addition to the construction quality and comprehensive standard equipment expected from a Beta motorcycle.

TAYO ENGINE:

  • The result of a collaboration with Tayo Motorcycles, this engine forms part of a brand new project with components specifically designed for Betamotor models (crankcase, flywheel housing, head, etc.) according to the indications of its technicians. Reliable and extremely thrifty in its consumption, this single-cylinder four stroke is liquid-cooled with forced circulation.
  • New components: such as the airbox, exhaust system and engine mapping, designed by Beta technicians.
  • Bore x Stroke unchanged with respect to the previous engine, but with a higher Compression Ratio of 12.5:1 and a specific spark plug.
  • The new engine brings a series of modifications to the frame, radiator, electrical components and fuel pump, which are adapted or shifted to accommodate the new engine, without impacting on the motorcycle’s geometry or rideability.

125 R Enduro and Motard

As anticipated, the new features don't end here, as the Beta 125 4 Stroke range now incorporates an additional model aimed at a more sophisticated customer who wants a 125 that is more refined and with added personality.

This is why the RR 125 Enduro and Motard 4 Stroke are now flanked by a new R version, currently only as a Motard but with an Enduro version set to arrive later this year.

The RR Motard 125 R stands out for its well-known engine, Japanese in origin, and a reference in the 125 segment in terms of its performance and components. This, combined with special matt/gloss graphics, a race-inspired transparent tank, spoked wheels, and an aluminium swingarm and silencer, makes for a Premium version of the model that will not go unnoticed.

The model is “elevated” in its technical and aesthetic equipment so as highlight its level of sophistication.

The new 2023 RR 125 T motorcycles are equipped with a new CBS (combined braking system) that no longer manages braking power in a direct way, but with a distributor conveniently set by Betamotor technicians. A lightweight, high-performance front brake calliper rounds out the new equipment.
